How it Works

01 — Submit Your Requirements.
Tell us about your business, preferred training location and choose your courses.

02 — Gain Site Approval & Choose Your Training Dates.
We'll send you a quotation, a list of potential training dates and a simple form to get your site approved for course delivery which you will need to fill and and return.

03 — Secure Your Training.
Once we receive your form back, our Trainer will check your site has the required equipment & facilities available for your chosen course to be delivered on site. We'll notify you of our decision within 1-2 UK business days and if approved, you can select your date and make payment to secure your training.

Terms & Conditions

• Offer valid on remaining 2026 dates and upto 31 March 2027 dates, subject to availability.
• Training must be completed by end of 31 March 2027.
• On-site training location must be mainland England, Scotland or Wales only.
• Overseas or off-shore locations are not included.
• Additional travel, accommodation, parking, congestion, toll, ferry, or access-related costs will apply and will be confirmed at quotation stage.
• Dates are secured upon receipt of payment, or purchase order for approved account customers, subject to site approval.
• Customer site must have suitable equipment, facilities, access, welfare arrangements, and a suitable training area available for delivery of the chosen course. Customers will be required to complete a simple form to confirm equipment and facilities and gain site approval for on-site training delivery before dates can be secured.

• Offer code may be used to book up to 4 separate course dates per company.
• Offer is strictly limited to one use allocation per company or company group.
• Maximum benefit: 32 course places for the price of 24.
• Customers redeeming on more than one course booking, may redeem against any included course or mix of courses. One course type per course date.
• Minimum on-site course capacity per date: 6 delegates.
• Maximum on-site course capacity per date: 8 delegates
• Unused delegate places cannot be carried forward, transferred to another course date, exchanged, or credited.
• Delegates must meet any stated course prerequisites and comply with site safety requirements.
• Offer applies only to the listed courses.
• Offer applies to standard weekday course delivery only.
• Valid on new course enquiries only and must state code provided at enquiry stage.
• Cannot be redeemed against current confirmed or quoted training bookings.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, contract rate, or framework agreement.
• Cancellations, postponements, or date changes are subject to Certex Training Academy’s standard booking terms and may incur charges. Promotional benefits will be forfeited in the instance that confirmed dates are rescheduled to a delivery date later than the included dates.
