Rope Access Rigging – Level 3 OPITO Riggers

Certex UK has a team of Level 3 OPITO rope access riggers experienced in delivering rigging work in challenging locations:

• Rope access rigging on offshore installations, FPSOs and platforms
• Rigging in elevated and restricted-access areas onshore (stacks, structures, pipe racks, etc.)
• Integration of rope access with lifting and installation scopes to reduce scaffolding and downtime

All work is planned and supervised by competent personnel, with RAMS and rescue plans developed in line with client and site requirements.

Flare Booms, Flare Stacks & Global Project Experience

We have extensive worldwide experience delivering rigging projects on flare and stack systems, including:

• Installation and removal of flare booms on offshore installations
• Installation, alignment and tensioning of flare stacks and guyed structures onshore
• General rigging duties for maintenance, modification and replacement of flare system components

• Slinging and Signalling (Banksman) courses – correct selection and use of lifting accessories, signalling, communication and practical rigging
