FAQ's

Once drawings or specifications have been agreed, we can typically manufacture replacement ropes or nets within 10 working days.

Yes. If drawings are unavailable, clear photographs of the existing equipment are very helpful, particularly where parts of the structure are still operational. This allows us to identify colours, construction details, and post designs.

Once reviewed, we may ask you to take a small number of measurements. From this information, we are usually able to produce accurate drawings in-house.

We do offer site visits on occasion; however, in most cases they are not necessary. With clear photographs and basic measurements, projects can usually be assessed remotely. Alternatively, you may send the original ropes or nets to us, which allows us to copy them directly.

Ideally, we require photographs and accurate dimensions. That said, if you are unsure of the exact measurements, we can provide an indicative quotation initially. Final pricing can then be confirmed once the original items are supplied for replication.
