Playground climbing nets take a lot of daily wear — little hands and feet tug constantly, causing fibres to fray and knots to loosen over time. At this primary school, the original net had worn to the point that both its appearance and structural integrity were compromised.

Our team carefully measured the existing net and used those specifications to manufacture a brand-new climbing net that matched the original design and safety standards. The result is a robust, refreshed play feature that will withstand years of use.

Some playground elements don’t wear out from play alone — they also suffer from weather exposure and age. For this project, the client provided samples of the original rope bridge components that had deteriorated.

Using those samples as a blueprint, our specialists produced like-for-like rope bridge replacements that matched both the original look and functionality, while bringing the materials up to current safety expectations. This approach is ideal when drawings aren’t available but a precise renewal is needed.

Floor trampolines endure heavy daily use, and in one recent inspection our team identified broken steel wires and early signs of fatigue — a condition that could quickly become unsafe.

Rather than offering a short-term fix, we worked with the customer to conduct a comprehensive wire repair, restoring the trampoline with renewed strength and reliability. The end result was a fully restored unit, safe for continued use and giving peace of mind to the playground operators.

How to Send Your Rope or Net to Us

If you need to send a rope or net to us for repair, replacement, or reproduction, there’s no need to worry about its condition or packaging. We’re used to receiving ropes and nets in all states and from a wide variety of sites.

Over the years, items have arrived packaged in everything from rubble sacks and hessian bags to taped bundles and palletised loads. All of this is perfectly acceptable.

Where possible, we recommend securing the rope or net with cable ties before despatch. This helps keep everything together during transport and prevents smaller components from becoming loose in transit.

Once you’re ready to send the item, please email us to confirm despatch. This allows us to look out for its arrival. When it reaches us, we’ll acknowledge receipt and schedule a production date, keeping you informed throughout the process.

If you have any questions before sending your rope or net, our team is always happy to help.

FAQ's

Once drawings or specifications have been agreed, we can typically manufacture replacement ropes or nets within 10 working days.

Yes. If drawings are unavailable, clear photographs of the existing equipment are very helpful, particularly where parts of the structure are still operational. This allows us to identify colours, construction details, and post designs.

Once reviewed, we may ask you to take a small number of measurements. From this information, we are usually able to produce accurate drawings in-house.

We do offer site visits on occasion; however, in most cases they are not necessary. With clear photographs and basic measurements, projects can usually be assessed remotely. Alternatively, you may send the original ropes or nets to us, which allows us to copy them directly.

Ideally, we require photographs and accurate dimensions. That said, if you are unsure of the exact measurements, we can provide an indicative quotation initially. Final pricing can then be confirmed once the original items are supplied for replication.
