We offer a strong, inclusive package to support growing families. All employees are entitled to up to 52 weeks’ maternity leave from day one, with holiday continuing to accrue, paid time off for antenatal appointments, and flexible Keeping in Touch days. Eligible employees with two years’ service may also receive Enhanced Maternity Pay, topping pay up to 80% of salary for weeks 7–12. From April 2026, Paternity Leave is a day‑one right, and employees with two years’ service can benefit from up to six weeks’ paternity leave, including up to four additional weeks paid at 80% of salary, taken flexibly within two years of birth. Enhanced pay also tops up statutory entitlements where applicable, and unpaid time off is available to attend antenatal or adoption appointments. Together, these benefits demonstrate our commitment to shared parenting, flexibility and long‑term career support for families.

Having private health insurance can mean shorter wait times for treatment and access to specialist consultations and treatments without lengthy waiting lists, ensuring faster diagnosis and care.

Our Holiday Buy Scheme allows you to buy up to one working week of extra holiday each year, giving you greater control and flexibility over how much annual leave you can take. The scheme operates on a salary sacrifice basis, which can result in tax and National Insurance savings for you.
