Heavy lift polyester round slings by Lift-Tex® are designed for demanding lifting operations where durability and controlled handling are required. The polyester yarn core is protected by a herringbone-woven sleeve, providing increased resistance to abrasion and edge contact. These slings are suitable for general heavy lifting where robust textile solutions are preferred.

When to choose this product

Best for:

  • General heavy lifting with risk of abrasion or edge contact
  • Applications requiring flexible slings with predictable handling

Product benefits

  • Herringbone polyester sleeve improves resistance to abrasion and edges
  • Flexible construction supports easy positioning and load handling
  • Small length tolerances enable more accurate lift planning
  • RFID options support inspection routines and traceability

Extra protection on demand. The use of (extra) appropriate protections is always recommended on the bearing points.

  • Material: Polyester
  • Marking: According to standard, CE-marked, manufacturer’s symbol, working load limit (WLL), length, and a label with handling instruction.
  • Temperature range: -40°C up to +100°C.
  • Standard: EN 1492-2
  • Note: Slings should be protected from edges, friction and abrasion, whether from the load or the lifting appliance. Where reinforcements and protection against damage from edges and/or abrasion is supplied as part of the sling, this should be correctly positioned. It may be necessary to supplement this with additional protection.
  • Safety factor: 7:1
