We offer a supportive, inclusive package for growing families. All employees can take up to 52 weeks’ maternity leave from day one, with holiday accrual, paid antenatal appointments, and flexible Keeping in Touch days. After two years, you may be eligible for Enhanced Maternity Pay (up to 80% of your salary for weeks 7–12). From April 2026, Paternity Leave is available from day one, with up to six weeks for employees with two years’ service, including up to four weeks at 80% salary. Enhanced pay tops up statutory entitlements, and unpaid time off is available for antenatal or adoption appointments. We’re committed to shared parenting, flexibility, and long-term support for families.

Having private health insurance can mean shorter wait times for treatment and access to specialist consultations and treatments without lengthy waiting lists, ensuring faster diagnosis and care.

It also encourages preventive care, such as regular health check-ups and screenings, increasing the likelihood that potential health issues are caught early.

Upon completing two years of service with us, you have access to taking part in our private healthcare scheme with Vitality.
