Working load Limit permanently shown on every shackle.
Forged – Quenched and Tempered, with alloy pins.
Capacities 1/3 through 85 tonnes.
Look for the Red PinTM...the mark of genuine Crosby quality.
Shackles can be furnished proof tested with certificates to designated standards, such as ABS, DNV, Lloyds or other certification. Charges for proof testing and certification available when requested at the time of order.
Hot Dip galvanised.
Fatigue rated.

Bolt Type

G-2150

Bolt Type Chain shackles. Thin hex head boltnut with cotter pin. Meets the performance requirements of Federal Specification RR-C271D. Type IVB, Grade A, Class 3, except for those provisions required of the contractor.
