Horizontal Clamps

The standard versions of the 'IP' horizontal plate lifting clamps are equipped with serrated camsegments - this provides additional safety. The serrated teeth obviously make it much easier for the clamp to 'bite into' the plate more strongly. Inter Product also supplies a version with a smooth jaw to avoid damage during transport.

The clamps shown here are supplied in pairs. Note: In order to avoid clamp overloading, the pertinent working load limit per piece is punched into each clamp. Example: 1,5 IPHTONZ clamps may lift up to 1,5 t per pair; thus, each individual 1,5 IPHTONZ clamp exhibits a working load limit of 0,75 t.

IPHTONZ clamps are suitable for the transport of steel plates and construction elements in the horizontal position. Due to the special design of these clamps, they may also be utilized perpendicularly underneath a spreader beam.

Depending on your specific lifting problem, you may select one of various optional designs. The following list contains some of the most common varieties.

IPHTONZ / IPHSZ

IPHTONZ clamps are suitable for the transport of steel plates and construction elements in the horizontal position. Due to the special design of these clamps, they may also be utilized perpendicularly underneath a spreader beam.

The IPHSZ clamps are based on the IPHTONZ model but feature an extra-large jaw opening.

IPHOZ

IPHOZ lifting clamps are recommended for plates that are prone to bend during transportation. Due to the position of the camsegment, this clamp has an even tighter grip on the material.
