In addition there are accessories including the S-255 Spool which is designed to keep the load centred on the pin, thus keeping the sling positioned correctly in the shackle bow, and the S-256 Link Plate which is designed to connect two S-252 or S-253 Sling Saver Shackles together.

This product range is designed to eliminate ‘bunching’, with the result that the full efficiency of the synthetic sling (Round or Webbing) can be achieved. Conventional hardware can reduce the efficiency of the sling up to 15% of its rated Working Load Limit.
