Certex engineers determine service intervals depending on the appliance workload and environment before presenting your unique Certex plan.
As a result, downtime is kept to an absolute minimum while we ensure that your equipment is maintained at its highest possible standard.
Testing and Inspection
The Certex team of LEEA qualified test engineers are fully equipped to load test on site with the capability of providing test weights of up to 1000 tonnes.
Legislation decrees that lifting equipment must be certified before use and after repair, alteration or relocation – Certex’s nationwide coverage ensures rapid response.
Installations
The fully trained Certex service engineers are available for erection, installation, commissioning and proof load testing. Certex regularly provide engineers to work to customers instructions or assist other contractors.
24 Hour Emergency Call-Out
The Certex commitment in providing the complete maintenance and lifting solution is epitomised in our emergency call-out service. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, the established emergency teams can be on site within two hours of notification through the established emergency procedure.
Ask at your Certex branch for the emergency call-out numbers of your local staff who, in turn, will ensure that the appropriate team will be available on site within the agreed time period.
