Certex UK is delighted to be an event partner at this year’s Crane Safety and Management Conference to be held at Jurys Hotel, London, on 22 & 23 June 2006.

The conference is the premier event for crane and lifting professionals and will be attended by operators, contractors and manufacturers from across the globe.

Over the two day period, delegates will choose from a wide selection of workshops and case study presentations, as well as attending an independent exhibition and networking sessions. There will also be talks by top industry experts, including Certex’s Sales and Marketing Director, Charles Gillespie, who will be presenting the business case for selecting and operating safely the right wire rope and lifting equipment.

Other speakers sharing their expertise will include: Ian Simpson, a senior inspector with the UK-based Health and Safety Executive, Bryan Cronie, Safety Director of Mammoet,; Klaus Meissner, Director of Research and Development at Terex-Demag,; and Hans-Dieter Willim, General Design Manager at Liebherr.

Speaking about the conference, Charles Gillespie said: “This is one of the most important dates in the lifting industry calendar and Certex is pleased to have such a high profile at the event.

“The conference provides an excellent opportunity for all those responsible for crane safety to share best practice and be updated on the latest industry initiatives and legislation.”

During the conference, delegates can visit Certex at exhibition stand 12, located to the right of the main entrance.
